Lenovo has announced the upgraded version of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon ultrabook which now comes with touch. This ultrabook is optimized for business users and is also optimized to enhance user experience with Windows 8 touch capabilities. The X1 Carbon and X1 Carbon Touch are developed from superior grade carbon fiber and as a result of its high grade construction, this lenovo ultrabook offers superb durability.
The X1 Carbon Touch’s 14-inch display has a resolution of 1600×900 and supports 10-point multi-touch with enriched Windows 8 experience by using the large multi-gesture glass touchpad. it comes with various processor options including Intel Core i5 and i7. security features of X1 Carbon Touch offers an integrated fingerprint reader, with BIOS encryption. Selected models also comes with Mobile broadband 3G.

HP Pavilion Sleekbook is powered by Intel Core i5-3317U 1.70GHz 3rd generation Processor with 6 GB DDR3 RAM and comes with 14.0 inch diagonal HD BrightView LED. This is a promotional offer for this holiday season so we cant say how long this offer will last but its definitely better than $1400 X1 Carbon Touch.
